If Tiananmen square protest were the pioneers of Chinese Democracy then the Revolutions in 2022 must be their successors.
With the scorching Covid policies burning down people’s lives, economically and humanly. The people has had enough. And they now make themselves heard.
November is the season of gathering for Chinese, as thousands rush back home for the early winter holiday, reuniting with their families. But this year, the union is not of the family but of protesters, of active and awaken soles under the oppression of the hypocritical, dictatorship, of the people who will be heard.

“Do you hear the people sing, singing the song of angry man” there is not better phrase than “Do you hear the people sing” from the French revolution that could describe the feels of the protestor. And for the first time in more than 30 years, the slogans of “Xi Jinpin set down, CPC set down” has been shouted loud and clear across the streets of Shanghai, it is the first time since the Tiananmen Square that slogans directing at the CPC and its most “esteem” leader, for them to step down, has been heard.
Moreover, the students of Tsinghua University, the crème de la crème of the Chinese students and the alma mater of Xi himself, has started a silent revolution – the A4 revolution that ignited across hundreds of universities across China. The new generation of China has spoken, that they demand their natural and inherent rights. Just as the great thinker Jean-Jacques Rousseau puts it “Man will never be free until the last king is strangled with the entrails of the last priest,” the new generation in now more awaken then ever.

The road ahead for China is still filled with uncertainty and the CPC still reigns strong. But it is man’s inherent will to be free and no power can stop this!
